If, for any reason, you disagree with these terms and conditions, in whole or part, you must immediately stop using this website. The name MzeroA.com includes all websites owned and operated under Gulfstream Media LLC and include but are not limited to: www.groundschoolacademy.com, remotepilot101.com, m0a.com, MzeroA.com, passmycheckride.com, AviationMastery.com, and any other future website under Gulfstream Media LLC.

In the event MzeroA.com determines you have violated this section, your login credentials may be disabled, in MzeroA.com’s sole and absolute discretion.
To the extent the website allows you to upload any text, images, audio material, video material or audio-visual material (collectively “User Content”), for whatever reason, you grant to MzeroA.com a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute the User Content in any manner MzeroA.com chooses. If any provision of these website terms and conditions is, or is found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of these website terms and conditions.
You agree to indemnify and hold MzeroA.com harmless from and against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses of whatever nature, including, without limitation, any reasonable legal fees incurred or other settlement expenses paid to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute arising out of any breach, or threatened breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions.
In addition to any other rights and remedies available to MzeroA.com, if MzeroA.com deems to you have breached, or threatened to breach, these terms and conditions in any way, MzeroA.com may take such action as deems appropriate, in its sole discretion, to deal
with, or otherwise remedy, the breach, including revoking, suspending or otherwise blocking your access to the website through whatever means available to it.
These website terms and conditions are subject to change or modification at any time by MzeroA.com, and you agree that your continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the updated and/or modified terms and conditions in effect at the time of each instance of your usage of the website.
You may not transfer, assign, or otherwise delegate your rights or obligations under these website terms and conditions.
If any provision of these website terms and conditions is deemed to be illegal, unlawful or otherwise unenforceable for any reasons, all remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. You agree that in the event such provision can be modified to be enforceable that a court of competent jurisdiction may make such modification to give force and effect to such provision as intended by the parties hereto.
These website terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance the laws of the State of Florida. You specifically agree that the sole venue for the resolution of any dispute regarding your use of the website shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Marion County, Florida, and you specifically consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
These website terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and MzeroA.com as it relates to the subject matter hereof.
Any subscription service, or other goods or services you purchase from MzeroA.com may be governed by its own separate agreement; provided, however, the following additional policies may also apply:
“Pass Your Checkride or We’ll Pay for It Guarantee”
• Guarantee only effective if failure occurs on Oral portion of the checkride, and not the practical flying portion; • You must be an active GOLD member of MzeroA at time of failure;
• You must have successfully completed all modules of the course applicable to the checkride;
• You must request payment of the checkride within 30 days of your failure;
• You must provide evidence (photographic or electronic scan) of FAA disapproval and proof that the cost of the checkride paid (and the total which was paid);
• Once MzeroA has confirmed you qualify for the payment, you will be contacted to make arrangements.
Endorsement Policy
• Your FAA Knowledge Test Endorsement will be automatically issued to your ground school profile page at MzeroA.com upon earning at least one 90% score on the course final exam. Reception of a course completion certificate or endorsement does not automatically qualify a user for a refund of a failed FAA Knowledge Exam or Pass Your Checkride Guarantee. The user must meet all requirements dictated under the Failure of a Knowledge Test Policy and “Pass Your Checkride or We’ll Pay for it Guarantee as defined in MzeroA.com’s current terms and conditions.
Failure of a Knowledge Test Policy/Knowledge Test Refund Policy
MzeroA.com will reimburse you for a failed FAA knowledge test only if:
• You received the endorsement from MzeroA.com;
• You successfully completed all modules applicable of the course applicable to the failed test;
• You must provide evidence (photographic or electronic scan) of the failed test without any redacted information; and
• You can be re-endorsed to retake the test after completing a POA (Plan of Action) created by MzeroA.com’s support staff.
• Current Online Ground School Members will be refunded the testing fee from the FAA testing center up to $150 dollars. • Customers who have purchased ONLY the “FAA Written Test Prep Bootcamp” product will be refunded their purchase
price of the product up to $100 dollars.
• Upon failure of a Remote Pilot 101 customer they will be refunded their purchase price/ single course fee only if the user
earned at least one 90% score on the final exam and completed all videos, quizzes, and learning materials prior to the failure of the FAA knowledge exam.
Refund Policy
• Refunds only apply to non-downloadable materials and courses.
• Refunds MUST be requested within 30 days of purchase.
• Refunds cannot be issued for those who received their FAA endorsement or end of course certificate.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
MzeroA.com is a subscription-based member-oriented education service. You are required to cancel your service on or before the effective date of cancellation, and MzeroA.com is not responsible for your failure to cancel the service or for your continuing nonuse. All subscription fees paid are non-refundable at the time paid and you will not receive a refund for your failure to timely cancel your plan.
Lifetime Membership
MzeroA.com offers lifetime memberships which are available at any time. You acknowledged that you are not entitled to a credit for any prior membership payments you have made towards the lifetime membership. For example, if you choose the lifetime membership after you have been a member of a non-lifetime plan, you do not get credit towards your lifetime membership for the amounts previously paid on the non-lifetime membership. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MzeroA.com agrees to credit towards your lifetime membership the amounts paid for the non-lifetime membership for the month you upgrade to the lifetime membership. Thus, if you pay your monthly subscription fee for your non-lifetime membership on September 1st, and on September 15th of the same month and year,
you elect to convert to a lifetime membership, you will be credited for the monthly fee paid on September 1st only and not for any prior months.
